Log Update 8/1

This past week has been extremely chaotic for itch and Steam. We need to keep fighting unjust censorship from payment processors. Don't email them, keep calling instead as it costs them money. I'm also excited to see itch reindex "free" adult content. I've just adjusted my game accordingly, and even though was hoping that this game could have generated some income in the future, I was prepared/planning to make my game free to stick to those authoritarian assholes.

Let's now talk about my game. Remember when I said I'd update the game files today. I LIED. I've decided to focus on fleshing out the game's story and artwork after my last game file update 2 weeks ago. I'm finding that the card game aspect is starting to be drawn back a bit in favor of having more visual novel elements. I knew that eventually I would need to expand upon my full moon story to accommodate a branching narrative format. Unfortunately, I'm finding myself writing more about fantasy and horror rather than keeping it to a silly swingers party. I'd rather not discuss the direction I have taken this game until I do have something concrete finished. Lastly, I've begun taking the steps to move away from furry artwork. I'm having difficulties drawing humans again. LMAO.

I do want to bring up something else. I'm going back to school to turn my CS minor into a major. This means that I may have less time to work on the game overall between school and needing a part-time job to pay for food and gas. In the end, I may need to scale back my ideas further to make something feasible. Hopefully this will improve the game, like JAWS.
